A vintage Taznakht of cascading lozenges like rubies, sapphires, and topaz. The weaver composed eight columns of lozenges, subtle variation in pattern, surrounded by a border of protective symbols. The color palette is indigo, red and yellow. This piece would do well in a sitting room or study. In excellent condition despite fringe loss, short pile, braided wool fringe partially intact.
